Season 7 (2025)

Common People: omg this was SOOOOOOO depressing and relentless. all the little bits about subscription models were both funny (lol netflix tiers!) and then depressing (unaffordable healthcare!) and the ending was just oof. it did the sense of despair and feeling trapped by this company so well. we watched this and were like :| aight that’s enough black mirror for tonight.
Bête Noire: lol this was fun, i think the mandela effect / parallel realities are fun concepts but i ultimately didn’t love the direction this ep took. the gaslighting bits were really intense :s
Hotel Reverie: this was also fun! i can’t believe we had two ‘fun’ episodes in a row?! i think the setup for the plot was kind of nonsense BUT i enjoyed the point of the ep which was LOVE IN AI!! loved the part where dorothy breaks the 4th wall and learns about herself. the clair de lune montage was sweet.
