I wanted to make a database of how different spreads in my Hobonichi Weeks planner look. I like looking at others’ layouts and I like organized collections. Many things are inspired by or directly copied from other planners on r/hobonichi, instagram, and so on. This is a big work-in-progress and I hope to add to it throughout the year.
Because I’m taking this from my actual planner, I’m censoring quite a bit of stuff. I know this can be annoying to look at, but there isn’t really any way around it—some things will remain personal and private.
Week 8 (Feb. 16–22). I've decided on using the two middle thirds for my diet—right side is meals, left is everything else. (This is mostly too embarrassing to leave uncensored, but hopefully I'll improve throughout the year lol.) I’m still trying to figure out a balance of planning vs memory keeping. The bar/line chart on the right side is my sleep/nap tracker.Overall media tracker. Since I already track each item on my site in more detail, I’m keeping it simple here with just names and category. I expect to have this completely filled before the end of the year. Perhaps not the most interesting way to use this page, but ah well.Mood/vibe tracker. To keep track of the days, I’ve started writing the numbers at the top of the pages on the respective weeks (e.g. Week 8, February 16–22 is days 47–53).Week 3 setup. Changed my sleep tracker this time to be more compact, since it took up a lot of space and I'm not sure if it's useful tracking exact times. Now only tracking number of hours slept. Also expanded each day to take up part of the right page as well, since it was starting to get cramped just on the left page. Also new: a clear cover!weekly layout. goal: track daily tasks and larger weekly tasks/'priorities'; daily habits; sleep; events or appointments. focus is on personal/home, not work. i'm considering doing more memory-keeping/journaling type stuff in a different notebook, so there's less of it here compared to my prev weeks...blank pages in back: personal references. here is 2026 goals bingo, and projects list. idea is to look at this spread frequently (hence the sticky tab!)
